HOURLY CONSULTING SERVICE

Consulting and add on services

$75.00 per hour

If you need spot planning and/or advice along the way, this may be the best option for you.  We require a minimum of 2 hours or $150.00 for this option, you will be billed with an accounting of time spent. 

 GETTING STARTED CONSULTATION

$200.00                     

- Initial planning consultation, 2 to 3 hours with an experience consultant to get ideas, etiquette answers, and much more.

- Assistance in establishing theme, design, ambiance, and formality of event day.

- Consultation on the preparation of a realistic preliminary budget.

- Vendor Referrals – customized to event

- Education on what planning your event entails.

 

VENUE SEARCH and TIMELINE CHECKLIST

$500.00

- Telephone consultation to determine the venue/site needs (2 hour).

- Extensive venue search based on budget and specifications.

- Telephone calls to check availability and obtain brochures/web sites

- Detail list of findings (minimum of 5)

- Custom design a timeline for you to follow to assist you if you wish to plan your own event.

- Day of event timeline to keep you, your vendors, and important essentials on track throughout your event day

Timelines can be purchased for $175.00 each
We will custom design a timeline for you to follow to assist you if you wish to plan your own event.  We will prepare a  detailed, customized “Day of” timeline, which will keep you and all involved on track throughout the day of your event.

 


 

 

 

PARTIAL PLANNING

DAY OF EVENT SERVICES

Day of Event Services begins approximately 30 days/4 weeks prior to your event. This package is for clients who have planned the entire event, perfect day but want a professional T.E.A. Consulting to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day of the event.  T.E.A. Consulting will have an initial meeting with you to understand your vision and a final meeting, 48 hours prior to the event to finalize details.  We care for all details so you can enjoy your event.  You may combine this option with Hourly Consultation fees for planning purposes if you wish.

- Meet with you 30 days/4 weeks prior to event day.

- Constant contact via email and phone from the point of hiring T.E.A Consulting.

- Distribute timeline to Vendors.

- Final walk-through of venue.

- Recommend Vendors if needed and review contracts and contacts for all vendors 7 – 10 days prior to event (no negotiating of contracts).

- Oversee and Execute overall set up/design to ensure all details are executed as planned.

- Event Day Coordination.

- Create a detailed Time-Line/Itinerary of day of Event Schedule.

- Will be present up to one and one half hours prior to start time of event.

- A minimum of one Consultant will be present up to 8 hours.

- Additional time will be billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour.
